We ship using USPS and we charge a flat rate shipping at checkout. We also offer Drop off shipping within Dayton, Ohio.

RETURNING A PRODUCT
To return a product purchased from sweetciro.com:

Call sweetciro.com customer support or email: natalia@sweetciro.com with your order number.

Submit a picture of the damaged product.

The product must be in its original packaging.
REFUNDS
We will notify you once we approved your return and provide you with a refund or a replacement. If refunded, you will automatically be refunded to your original payment method. Please remember that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund as well.
